When will I be billed?
Your payment method is charged automatically on a recurring schedule that matches your dog food delivery dates.
What if I’m not home when it’s delivered?
The food stays fresh in its insulated box until midnight on the day it arrives. Just be sure to pop it into the fridge once you’re home to keep it cool and ready—your pup’s meals like to chill too!
